...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Wisconsin... Wolf River at Lake Poygan affecting Waushara and Winnebago Counties. Fox River at Oshkosh affecting Winnebago County. Fox River at Lake Winnebago at Oshkosh affecting Winnebago County. For the Lower Wolf River...Lake Poygan...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Fox River...Oshkosh...Lake Winnebago at Oshkosh...minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Wolf River at Lake Poygan. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 5.5 feet, Flood waters surround low-lying structures along the south shore of Lake Poygan and the Wolf River upstream to Fremont. Flood waters are approaching structures along South First Avenue and South First Street in Winneconne.
