Fox River Lower At Waukesha affecting Waukesha County.
Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Kenosha and Lake
Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Fox River Lower at Waukesha.
* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Frame Park floods. Yards of homes near
Bethesda Park flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 7.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:00 PM CDT Sunday was 7.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Wednesday morning and continue falling to 4.7 feet

- Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
7.0 feet on 07/12/2017.

Instruction:
Even 6 inches of fast-moving flood water can knock you off your feet
and a depth of 2 feet will float your car. Never try to walk, swim,
or drive through such swift water. If you come upon flood waters,
stop, turn around and go another way.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
