Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Kenosha and Lake Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River Lower at Waukesha. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Parts of Corrina Blvd, Buckley St, and Dunbar Ave flood.
