Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin...
Wisconsin River at Muscoda affecting Richland, Grant and Iowa
Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Wisconsin River at Muscoda.
* WHEN...From Saturday morning to late Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, There is extensive lowland flooding.
However no flooding has been reported in Muscoda in previous years.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Saturday morning to a crest of 9.8 feet Sunday evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
9.8 feet on 10/03/1986.

Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
