Embarrass River near Embarrass affecting Shawano, Waupaca, and Outagamie Counties. * WHAT...Major flooding is occurring. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Embarrass River near Embarrass. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water levels may approach the Range Line bridge and the Highway 22 bridge downstream. Water levels may approach structures along Hickory Lane and Amber Road.
