...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...
Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam affecting Adams and Juneau
Counties.
.Ongoing precipitation from thunderstorms across central Wisconsin
will route into the Wisconsin River over the next 24 hours.
Increased flows are being observed already at Castle Rock Dam.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam.
* WHEN...From this evening to early Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 40,000.0 cfs, Localized flooding of properties along
the river off Highway Z and HH is possible downstream of the
Castle Rock Dam.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:10 PM CDT Monday the flow was 34,778.0 cfs.
- Bankfull flow is 20,000.0 cfs.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river flow in the 24 hours
ending at 5:10 PM CDT Monday was 34,829.0 cfs.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of
38,000.0 cfs just after midnight tonight. It will then fall
below flood stage late Saturday evening.
