* WHAT...Rain and freezing rain expected, gradually changing to only
rain. Additional ice accumulations less than one tenth of an inch.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Brown, Door, and Kewaunee Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be hazardous.
