* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations between one
tenth and two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Calumet and Winnebago Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be hazardous due to icy roads. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
