Locally higher ice accumulations possible in western Waushara and northwest Outagamie Counties. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Waushara, Calumet, Winnebago, and Outagamie Counties. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could be hazardous due to icy roads. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
