Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Waushara, Calumet, Winnebago, and Outagamie Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could be hazardous due to icy roads. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
