Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations up to one half inch and ice accumulations up to two
tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph, locally higher
near Lake Michigan.
* WHERE...Manitowoc, Brown, Door, and Kewaunee Counties.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 10 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
