Description:
* WHAT...Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce areas of
blowing and drifting snow and locally reduced visibilities.
* WHERE...Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility.
Instruction:
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
