* WHAT...Winds gusting as high as 40 to 45 mph, resulting in
considerable blowing and drifting snow and reduced visibilities.
* WHERE...Calumet, Winnebago, Brown, and Outagamie Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday evening commute. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
