* WHAT...Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will cause blowing snow and
restricted visibility at times. Blowing snow will continue to
cause slick spots over the next few hours. Roads remain slick.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Wisconsin.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
