* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and southern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall accumulations will be highly
dependent on where snow bands set up, with localized higher
amounts possible.
