Total snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches, with the highest amounts above 2,000 feet. * WHERE...Portions of northeast, northern, southeast, and southern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Behind a very strong cold front, temperatures will fall steadily through the evening and night. This may lead to flash freeze conditions as temperatures plummet well below freezing.
