Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Western Greenbrier County. * WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions may impact the evening commute, and again Tuesday morning. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches, so watch for debris on the road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rapidly falling temperatures are expected this afternoon with rain showers changing to snow. Snow is expected to accumulate across the higher elevations this evening.
