with locally higher amounts over the higher peaks.
* WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and Northern King Counties, Cascades
of Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Cascades of Pierce and Lewis
Counties, and Cascades of Southern King County.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Wednesday to 11 PM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulations expected generally above 3000
feet.
