* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 1 to 4 inches
overnight into Tuesday morning.
* WHERE...Foothills and Valleys of Snohomish and Northern King
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest amounts will be in the highest
elevations closest to the mountains.
