Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 1 to 6 inches.
* WHERE...Foothills and Valleys of Snohomish and Northern King
Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM Monday to 11 AM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Snow-covered roads may make travel conditions difficult
at times and cause delays. Temporary road closures possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest amounts will be in the highest
elevations closest to the mountains. A convergence zone is
expected to set up over the area tonight through Monday, which
will increase the chances to see accumulating snow in the Cascade
valleys and foothills in the vicinity of US-2. Daytime
temperatures above freezing will help to limit snow accumulation
during the day and melt any snow on the ground.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.
