Description:
* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of one to three
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Central Virginia Blue Ridge and Northern Virginia Blue
Ridge.
* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 3 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions due to a heavy, slushy
snow. Visibility could be reduced below one-half mile at times.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain early this morning will change over to a
brief period of very heavy and wet snow by mid-morning, before
ending early this afternoon.
