* WHAT...Scattered snow showers to continue through the night.
Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as
high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of East Tennessee and southwest Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
