accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central and east central South Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on changing road conditions. Rapid changes in
visibility are possible across short distances. Visibility may
drop below one mile at times.
