Description:
* WHAT...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation.
Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice
accumulations around a light glaze. For the second Winter Weather
Advisory, mixed precipitation and patchy blowing snow expected.
Total snow and sleet accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice
accumulations between one tenth and two tenths of an inch. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Deuel County.
* WHEN...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this
evening. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 AM Friday
to 7 PM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
