* WHAT...Areas of blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and
southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Blowing snow will lead to areas of quick and sudden
reductions to visibility, making travel difficult, especially in
rural areas that are prone to blowing snow. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling, especially in open areas. The latest
