Description:
* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions. Winds
gusting as high as 50 mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory,
widespread blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Codington, Deuel, Grant, and Hamlin Counties.
* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 1 AM
CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make
travel dangerous, especially in open country. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
Instruction:
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
