Description:
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow and areas of blowing
snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Blizzard
Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Winds gusting as high as 50
mph. Total snow accumulations for the event will be between 3 and
5 inches.
* WHERE...Buffalo, Hughes, Jones, Lyman, and Stanley Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 10 PM CDT /9 PM MDT/
Saturday to 4 AM CDT /3 AM MDT/ Sunday. For the Blizzard Warning,
from 4 AM CDT /3 AM MDT/ to 4 PM CDT /3 PM MDT/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Whiteout conditions
will make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
