Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and western Pennsylvania and northern
West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning
commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snowfall rates are expected this
evening, with more scattered lake-enhanced snow showers expected on
Tuesday.
