Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...The Allegheny Plateau and north-central mountains of Pennsylvania. * WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Occasional snow showers will likely decrease in coverage this morning, but pick back up and become more widespread again for the afternoon. A heavier snow squall is possible, especially this afternoon.
