* WHAT...Snow and patchy blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations
up to one inch possible. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
* WHERE...Burleigh, Mercer, and Oliver Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous travel conditions. Falling and blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility at times.
