Description:
* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations ranging
from a glaze to three tenths of an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and northwest Vermont.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 2 PM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Greatest ice accumulations will be primarily
near and north of Route 11. Temperatures are expected to rise
above freezing by Wednesday afternoon, although a longer duration
of freezing rain is expected in far northwestern St. Lawrence
County.
