* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations 1-3 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 45 mph will produce patchy blowing snow.
* WHERE...Allegany County.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Strong winds will
cause extensive tree damage and power outages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest amounts will be found across
northwestern portions of the county.
