Total snow accumulations between 5 and 7 inches possible. * WHERE...Southwest Phillips County. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to noon MDT Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Thursday night through Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Blowing snow can reduce visibilities. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and Friday morning commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage and reduce visibility significantly.
