Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and patchy blowing snow expected. Total
snow and sleet accumulations between 3 and 5 inches and ice
accumulations up to two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high
as 35 mph.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Big Stone County. In South Dakota, Deuel and
Grant Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Friday to 7 PM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
