Description:
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
accumulations up to one inch. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy
snow and areas of blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 7 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this
evening. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 1 PM Friday to 7 PM
CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Falling
and blowing snow will lead to areas of quick and sudden reductions
to visibility, making travel difficult, especially in rural areas
that are prone to blowing snow.
