* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Wadena, Hubbard, East Otter Tail, and Grant Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
