glaze to up to two tenths of an inch. Highest icing amounts will
be across the elevated terrain, especially across Otsego county.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of Eastern Upper and Northern Lower Michigan.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 2 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions are possible.
