* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to a quarter
of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Manistee, Missaukee, and Wexford Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday morning commute.
