Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations between 1 and
3 inches with isolated totals up to 4 inches. Ice accumulations
around a light glaze possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...The Tri-Cities and northern Thumb along and north of the
M-46 corridor.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Untreated roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous with temperatures at freezing to
a degree or two below.
