accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation
possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 16 inches and ice
accumulations around a quarter of an inch possible. Winds could
gust as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Alpena and Montmorency Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Saturday.
For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night through
Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.

impact the Friday evening and Monday morning commutes.
