Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and near blizzard
conditions with visibility reduced at times to a quarter mile
while snowing. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
