Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Douglas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, and Nemaha Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Blowing snow could reduce visibility below a
quarter-mile at times. Plan on slippery road conditions.
