Description:
* WHAT...Very strong winds combined with snowfall will continue to
lead to greatly reduced visibility. Additional snow accumulations
up to a half inch. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Iowa and east central and southeast
Nebraska.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds could cause
tree damage.
