* WHAT...Areas of blowing snow, especially in open or rural
locations. Winds gusting as high as 40-50 mph this morning, then
decreasing by afternoon.
* WHERE...Much of central and northern Iowa.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
