gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois and northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
