Washington Palouse. Total snow accumulations around 2 to 6 inches
for the Idaho Palouse.
* WHERE...Pullman, Rosalia, Oakesdale, Moscow, Tekoa, Plummer,
Genesee, Potlatch, Uniontown, and Colfax.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Expect winter travel conditions.
