Description:
* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 10 inches, with
locally a foot or more north of Rabbit Ears Pass. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass, Rocky Mountain National Park, the
Medicine Bow Range, the Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito
Range, and the Indian Peaks.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Roads will become slippery in spots, especially through
mountain passes. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday
evening commute.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
for Colorado can be obtained by calling 5 1 1 or by going to
www.cotrip.org.
Roads will be slick resulting in slow and hazardous travel. Allow
extra time to reach your destination.
