inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Southwest and Central mountains.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 PM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
