* WHAT...Periods of snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3
inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph over high and exposed
terrain.
* WHERE...The Warner Mountains of Modoc County. This also includes
Cedar Pass on state highway 299 at 6323 ft.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and delays in your
commute. The hazardous conditions could impact the commute this
morning.
