highest elevations. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada County.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday night and Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels lowering to 5500-6000 feet
tonight.
